75 minute session that is all about you. Using Energy Work, Shamanic Healings and Intuition to clear blocks, remove negative energies, and bring you to a more balanced state as our goal is to ultimately bring you in to a clearer and deeper understanding of yourself. Each session is unique, sometimes there are rattles, crystals, or feathers used and sometimes it is just with my intention and hands as well as working within your energetic field. In addition to working with your energy, I will share any intuitive insights that come up during the session. All of this can be performed virtually, as energy does not subscribe to the parameters of time and space.

A long term approach to healing
Buy a POWER PACK and get 5 sessions for $750.
This is ideal for clients who have a long term goal of healing. Each session includes coaching and working with how to shift your energy mentally and in your day to day practices as well as an energetic healing session.
This gives us a chance to really dig in and make some big changes. A combination of chatting so you can cultivate awareness of your own behavior and applying insightful intuition that we receive from the deep healing sessions to your practical every day life as well. If you are ready to start making some major shifts in your life and do the work that comes with it, this is the pack for you.
WhAT TO EXPECT
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT A 1:1 SESSION
Quick Consult - We will have a short conversation to discuss your concerns and what you would like to work on in the session. This can look like emotional, physical or mental patterns that seem to dominate your life. Through this consultation I will tell you the direction of which I would like to take the session and what tools we will be using, depending on what is going on and what I am sensing that you need.
The Session - You will lie down or sit comfortably and close your eyes. We will work on relaxing you and your energy in order to maximize the flow and shifting of your energy. Then we will begin whatever healing we have decided is the best direction for the session. There are crystals, crystal bowls, feathers, oils, rattles, and working with guides that can all be called upon to help during sessions.
Post Session - We will debrief and check in with how you are feeling and if anything came up for you. I will share any insights or messages that were coming through. I will leave you with some recommendations on how you can help solidify the healing and what you can do for some self-care.

Energy is quantum, so we do not need to be in the same physical space.
If anything, the healing can be more targeted. The beauty about remote healing is you do not need to leave your home, and you have access to an effective healer. Also, after a session, it is nice to be able to continue your relaxation in your own space allowing for maximum healing benefits.
It is likely you will feel something during the treatment, you may not always know what it is, but you may feel sensations, energy moving, or deep relaxation and peace. Sometimes visions or messages come through as well, while we are moving energy.
Healing is rarely linear. There will be some good days and some bad days. Most often there are emotional traumas at the core of other symptoms and as we slowly work on removing those imprints from your energetic field you will begin to notice the difference, yet it may come with times of feeling all that is coming up for you and that sometimes can be uncomfortable as you process. However, it is a quantum effect and best when you can look at how far you have come.
In a 1:1 healing, I help bring awareness to your energetic self and help you locate and clear energetic blocks that are affecting you, your life, your loved ones. Together we will look at the problem, listen to your body, and look into your energetic field to begin to receive direction and clarity toward what needs to be healed. There are many tools we will use - energy medicine, shamanic healing techniques, breathwork, meditation, and coaching. As your guide, I will help you access your source, identify the blocks, and tap into your own resources to dissolve them.
